Article Processing Charges

The European Journal of Applied Linguistics and TEFL is a diamond open access journal and does not charge authors any Article Processing Charges (APCs).

Authors are not required to pay any submission fee, editorial assessment fee, peer-review fee, acceptance fee, publication fee, open access fee, or other mandatory charge for standard publication in the journal.

No hidden fees: The journal does not impose any undisclosed, unexpected, or hidden charges at any stage of the submission, peer-review, acceptance, production, or publication process. Authors will not be asked to make any mandatory payment after acceptance that was not clearly stated before submission.

Editorial and publication decisions are based solely on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and contribution of the manuscript. An author's financial circumstances have no influence on the editorial or peer-review process.

All accepted articles are published openly and made freely available to readers under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License . There are no subscription or access charges for readers.
